Our services
Booking and cancellation policies
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit confirms your booking and will be deducted from the total price on the day of your appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled once if the client notifies at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, will result in loss of the deposit.
